Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Markepedia, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Digital Products — Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and provide instant access upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you have purchased a digital product and genuinely feel it did not deliver the value promised, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@markepedia.in with your order details and reason for the request

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

  • Markepedia reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of extensive use, sharing, or redistribution of the product

 

2. Consultancy Services — Cancellation Policy

  • Strategy calls or consultancy sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable

  • No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:

  • Purchases where the product has been downloaded, copied, or redistributed

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has passed

  • Consultancy sessions already delivered

 

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@markepedia.in with:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Order ID or payment reference number

  • Reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days of receiving your request.
