1. Digital Products — Refund Policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide instant access upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

If you have purchased a digital product and genuinely feel it did not deliver the value promised, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase

Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@markepedia.in with your order details and reason for the request

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Markepedia reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of extensive use, sharing, or redistribution of the product
2. Consultancy Services — Cancellation Policy

Strategy calls or consultancy sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable

No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance:

Purchases where the product has been downloaded, copied, or redistributed

Requests made after the 7-day window has passed
